This would normally tick all the boxes for me, fun, different undulating ,water etc etc, its like the designer has just ticked everything possible and built it. problem is its bordering on unplayable, coupled with lightening fast greens means its impossible to keep the ball on the green with some of the crazy approach shots, an example of this comes in the front 9 with a massive downhill par 4 with a pond on the right about 50 yards from the hole, the three of us all played differing clubs ranging from driver to 7 iron, all ended up in the water and the hole just funnels into the water with nothing to stop it, another hole the 9th , if you leave it short no option but to lay up as the next hole is blind to the green over a waterfall.

shame really as this could be so good, but once on holiday is enough
