Good resort golf in very good condition, the course is an excellent place to base a society for goswick, bamburgh and the other local courses. The course has some nice sea views on the back nine, the tumbledown par 5 seventeenth probably the most memorable hole with the village course always a threat out of bounds right and lovely sea backdrop. Some of the par 4's are tough to reach in 2, and the greens have enough movement to make you work for your scores. The 18th finishes in front of the very comfortable club house which has lovely gardens to explore.
