Ambassador is a 2005 Thomas McBroom design that offers golfers a fairly basic faux links golf course. As fart as public golf goes in Ontario, Ambassador has to be one of the best value courses around. However, unless you are pairing this with a day out at Essex or Roseland I wouldn't simply make the trip to Windsor to play.

The course was built on a flat piece of land, but McBroom and his team did an excellent job moving dirt around to create a gently rolling golf course. The fescue lined fairways, gently molded greens and contoured bunkers create a picturesque setting for golf. It offers a great selection of short and long par 4's, as well as good long Par 3's. The Par 5's, are in my opinion, the weakest parts of the course, but are also in no part bad.
