With fourteen of the eighteen fairways routed through the Forest of Hallate in Pacardy, the course at Exclusiv Golf Apremont is an early 1990s design from John Jacobs and Olivier Dongradi which can be stretched to almost 6,400 metres from the back markers.
Apremont is one of more than a dozen golf facilities operated by NGF Golf throughout the country under its Exclusiv brand, and this stable of upmarket courses includes the neighbouring Parisian venues of Château de Raray and Club du Lys Chantilly.
The fairways at Apremont are laid out on a rather flat landscape with a couple of the more open, water-laden holes around the clubhouse – par threes at the 151-metre 8th and the 171-metre 16th – considered as two of the more memorable holes on the scorecard.
