As the namesake for the resort, the course has large, welcoming greens and course routing you wouldn’t think was done by a first timer. The first tee is adjacent to the clubhouse and reminds you of the first at Lahinch. The gorse, walk by the sea, and the wind make for some ideal photo opportunities...

While certainly the most important course on property as the 1st, in my rankings it sits at #5.

The highs are very high on the ocean but become a little forgetable for me in the interior compared to others on resort. Probably the one I need to play again the most just to confirm thoughts.

It has no weak holes and uses the land well. Really enjoyed the holes on the ocean and holes like #16 are so good.

The whole course rolls very gentle. Fairways bunkers are carefully placed, not just for beautiful looking but in play. I probably could say this is the birthplace of American links.

The ability to play this course in the USA and have it be similar to Ireland/Scottlad courses is a true blessing. Bandon Dunes is the best course on property and really tests your game from every aspect. Can't wait to go back and play it again!
