Have just played The Dunes again after a couple of years and have been fortunate to have played it numerous times with visits to Tasmania in the past.
It just reassured it is an experience that every golfer should place on the bucket list, even though it can be visually intimidating, it rewards the smart options and good shots but seriously bruises the ego and golf ball numbers when ego outweighs the ability.
The course is in perfect winter conditions with greens magnificent.
The design naturally flows with the terrain and the tee box options are excellent to cater for all abilities.
