It is located less than of an hour's driving distance from Poznan airport The 18-hole layout in Black Water Links is a Caspar Grauballe layout which first began the game in 2022. The holes are laid out across an elongated landscape that is gently rolling and agricultural fields surround the course across every side.

The course is 6,344m at the back of the tees. with a par of 72. The holes are laid in two return nines. The four Par five holes listed on the scorecard, at #1 #9, #17, and #18 - are near to one other, and play in either direction, or up and down to the major elevation changes of the course.

Some highlights are the 521-meter first (with ponds just from the fairway, next to the green) and the slightly left walking 399 metres 4th (rated by stroke index one). The back nine is dominated by the downhill 172-metre 17th hole is the most popular of the Par three hole.
