Designed in 1923 by Fowler and Simpson, Blackwell is renowned for its strategic bunkering, narrow tree-lined fairways, and subtle elevation changes.

Some courses have a way of wooing you, making you feel all warm and fuzzy as you reflect back on your round there.

Blackwell is a parkland experience that feels big and bold whilst retaining its charm and traditions; recent tree removal and bunker changes make Blackwell one of the very best parkland courses in England.

One of the best course I’ve played, from the friendly welcome to the delicious food it was a great day out.

Nice old established parkland course not long but it meandered about a bit with 4 holes that crosses over meaning it didn't flow as well as some, greens good and fast, best holes were 8-12 , bunkers were poor with very little sand , one of the better courses in the area
