The par-72 layout measures 6,276 metres from the championship tees.

The nine-hole Parkland course, designed by Jonathan Davison of Create Golf, opened for private play in May 2023 within the château's gardens. The Heathland course was followed in 2024, completing the 27-hole complex alongside a 64-room hotel constructed simultaneously. The estate's late-1800s château continues operating as an events venue.

Hallett identified specific holes during initial site visits that required minimal intervention. The par-3 5th occupies naturally dramatic ground, as do holes 6 and 14. The 15th incorporates existing topography for a distinctive playing corridor. The architect deliberately varied hole difficulty, alternating forgiving layouts with more demanding tests to create rhythm across the round.

The course benefits from 10-12 metres of pure sand beneath 90% of the layout, providing exceptional drainage and year-round playing conditions rare in Belgium. This geological advantage allows bent grass greens and firm, fast conditions throughout the calendar. Wind direction significantly influences scoring, particularly across the exposed heathland sections.
