Brora Golf Club

Brora is one of those rare links that feels both humble and magical at the same time.

Brora a delightful out and back links that I doubt has changed much since Mr J Braid's redesign some 102 years ago.

Golf "Au Naturale" (the course-not you:).

Brora is a great links with many challenging shots and bunkers best avoided.

You do yourself a disservice not playing Brora when visiting Royal Dornoch.

This is an old quirky links course, out and back apart from two par 3,s which cross in the middle, great greens all sloping and most raised.

Do not over look Brora for it's glossier neighbours if you are planning a highland fling.

This was the most north we went on our two-week road trip and I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone making the extra effort to play here.

Brora was originally planned in the year covid struck, and finally in 2024 we made the trip.

This is just a great fun course.
