Luther Koontz was Dr Mackenzie's Drainage Engineer and after he left it was his time in Design with quite a bunch of good creations in Argentina (Olivos, GC Argentino, Necochea GC, Nautico San Isidro, Sierra de los Padres) but I have to say Cantegrill might be his best one in the area .
