“This layout is excellent and while the areas skirting the fairways are sometimes a little rocky, the work made to remedy this has proven effective. So much the better because here the only option is to take a few risks if you are hoping to score well.
Even though most hazards are there to be seen, their number and strategic placement will cause problems. In architectural terms this is an impressive site but one which requires perfect greenkeeping. The policy aimed at overall excellence is gradually paying off.”
