Chervò San Vigilio (Yellow & Red)
Situated close to Lake Garda, in the gentle hills of Desenzano and Sirmione, the golf complex at Chervò Golf Hotel Spa & Resort San Vigilio has operated three 9-hole circuits and a 9-hole executive course since it first opened for business in early 2009.
Designed by Kurt Rossknect, the Yellow and Red nines form the 18-hole layout of first choice, with a total length of 6,697 metres and a par rating of 72. The shorter White loop extends to 2,900 metres (par 35) and the par three Blue course measures 1,085 metres.
Highlight holes on the Yellow & Red combination include the difficult par four 7th on the Red and the left doglegging par five 4th on the Yellow. Both nines then finish with holes positioned on either side of a lake fronting a large double green next to the clubhouse.
The club hosted the 77th edition of the Italian Open in 2020, with Ross McGowan winning the event by one shot from Laurie Canter and Nicola Colsaerts.
