Conway Farms

Laid out on a 209-acre tract of gently undulating land, where four lakes come into play during the round, the course at Conway Farms Golf Club is a recently lengthened Tom Fazio design from 1991.

Notable holes include the long par four 3rd and short par four 5th on the front nine, whilst the water-protected 10th and 18th – laid out on either side of a meandering creek – are amongst the best on offer after the turn.

The 342-yard 15th is another fine hole, doglegging left around a lake to a kidney-shaped target but the most memorable hole on the card is undoubtedly the signature par five 8th, played to a green that’s defended by some fearsome bunkers.

The course hosted the BMW Championship on the PGA Tour in 2013, during which Jim Furyk shot only the sixth score of 59 in the history of professional tournament play in America. Zach Johnson won the event with an aggregate score of sixteen under par. The event returned to Conway Farms in 2015 and 2017.
