The Preserve is one of the best public courses in the area. It enjoys an expansive setting with views that are similar to what you would experience in northern michigan. The course has some really strong holes, notable holes 1-3, 10-12, and 17&18. With that being said, a couple of holes are a bit too penal. This is especially true for holes 5 & 16. The course maintenance is excellent and it drains better than most of the other local courses. It is a really enjoyable course to play.
