The Woosnam course at Dale Hill is mainly an enjoyable downland romp over rolling countryside right on the county borders between East Sussex and Kent.

There are two courses on the site which have their own hotel and are therefore an ideal location for golfing groups to have fun, with an interesting array of holes that will be a  enterprising test for Society golfers.

The condition is superior and the layout longer in my opinion. As a venue Dale Hill is great. Good practice facilities and a hotel on site, it’s a top golf weekend destination. A bit off the beaten track on the Kent-Sussex border, your journey is rewarded by some lovely views of the High Weald and a tranquil round.

Brilliant course and the picturesque views of the Weald are in full view throughout, and often buzzards and red kites swarm the sky as you’re playing!

I wasn't in the best of moods as the traffic on the way was awful and this fed into my golf, which was poor, even by my standards.
