Eagle's Landing is a course I have played many times. It is a course which builds momentum. The first 5 holes are forgettable. The 6th starts the nature of why you would go here. Then you cross the road to a seemingly different world. There are salt marshes here there and everywhere and a group of very good holes are found meandering amongst these salt marshes/land areas. My favorite hole is the 7th. A par 5 which has a significant forced carry over a salt marsh with the hole bending left close to 90 degrees. If you are up to it a drive cutting the corner which must carry far and deal with the tree line which is also present. You are then positioned to attack in two to another forced carry over an environmental area salt marsh to a well protected slightly raised green. True risk reward. Ocean City Maryland has a nice group of courses of which some are in Delaware which is just a few miles away. A must visit area and Eagle's Landing is one of the courses you should take in.
