The layout extends to 6714 yards from the back markers, playing to a par of 72, with holes arranged as returning loops, the front nine laid out around the periphery of the property, enclosing the back nine in the middle.
Notable holes on the outward half include the slightly right doglegging par four 3rd (rated stroke index 1); the par five 5th (with a pond protecting the front left of the green); and the 437-yard 9th, where out of bounds runs the length of the fairway on the left.
On the inward half, highlights include the par four 12th (where a stream cuts diagonally across the front of the green); the par four 15th (with this green also guarded at the front by water); and the shortest of the par threes at the 152-yard 17th, played to a two-tiered green.
