Eyemouth Golf Club

This was a stop-and-play for our fourball en route to the much more feted stretch of courses further up the Scottish east coast.

My first game at Eyemouth was a singles Stableford on a Sunday in mid-November.

We played as the first course on our two week holiday in Scotland.

located at the tip of the Scottish Borders, on the cliff tops of the spectacular Berwickshire coastline, it was the start of an unforgettable trip to the area playing some magnificent courses, creating lasting memories with mates.

Excellent course.

Very enjoyable seaside golf with mostly good turf and a couple of excellent links holes, well worth playing.

The Eyemouth course has only been played as an 18-hole layout since the late 1990s, when a new road to the harbour was laid, allowing the old 9-hole course to be replaced with an entirely new 18-hole layout.

Superb course with outstanding views, par 3 6th is one of the best holes i have played.

Eyemouth starts and finishes in a parkland setting but in between has some wonderful seaside holes.
