Foxhills Club & Resort (Longcross)

Very good, nicely conditioned course.

The investment in course improvements over the last 3 years have dramatically improved the course.

An immaculate, challenging foray through the Surrey Pines.

bid set up this with two big 18 hole courses an 18 and great practice facilities plus gym etc etc.

So I'll start by declaring an interest here.

Having heard the PGA cup was played here I was expecting good things and was told it was in particularly good condition as we played it only 2 weeks after the event.

I was invited on a golf day and played this course for the first time yesterday.

Tree lined fairways provide for an awesome if not a little intimidating frame to every hole.

The Longcross is the better of 2 great courses at Foxhills.

The Longcross is generally regarded as the better of the two courses and I can see why it may just edge it for some people but as I said earlier there's not a great deal in it.
