Furry Creek

Located just off the Sea to Sky Highway between Vancouver and Whistler, the course at Furry Creek Golf & Country Club is a 1990 Robert Muir Graves design with holes winding through the village of Furry Creek and along the creek itself before the routing drops down to the shores of Howe Sound at the signature par three 14th hole.

Stretching to just over 6,000 yards from the back tees, the course is configured with six par threes, six par fours and six par fives. Such is the variety of the test here, golfers only play consecutive holes with the same par on two occasions; par fives at the 3rd and 4th and par fours at the 12th and 13th.

Highlight holes include the par three 5th (“Pitch & Putt”), the shortest of the one-shotters; the short par four 7th (“Tabletop Mountain”) where the green sits high above the level of the fairway; the par five 11th (“Granite Grind”) which plays sharply uphill to an elevated green; and the tricky par four 18th (“Bring it on Home”) that doglegs sharply left to a multi-tiered home green.
