Golf Club of Lebanon

The 18-hole championship golf course at the Golf Club of Lebanon is only one of a number of sporting facilities on offer at this green oasis located to the north of the international airport – other activities at “The Club” range from tennis to squash, basketball to swimming and billiards to snooker.

Established in 1923 to provide a recreational venue for members, guests and visitors alike, “The Club” has improved this par 71 course tremendously over the years; redesigning fairways, planting mature trees, creating a lagoon to assist irrigation, reshaping old sand traps and creating new sand and grass bunkers.

World Top 100 Golf Courses

The latest ranking of the Top 100 Golf Courses in the World serves as the ultimate global golf bucket list. Most members of our World Top 100 Panel are seasoned golfers, each playing 20-30 of these courses annually while travelling extensively over decades to form their opinions on others. We recognise that opinions vary—even among our panel members. Rankings are subjective, and there are undoubtedly 50 or more courses in the UK and USA alone that could easily fit onto this list.
