The southern portion of Delaware is reminiscent of what one generally sees in Florida. Dead flat terrain with little in term of natural features that standout.

The golf course was created as a retirement community which means a plethora of housing was added. The net result? The places where the housing is not in view actually provide a few holes that have some character.

Yes, the length can stretch to 7,000+ yards but the redundant nature of the non-descript acreage will likely induce sleep even for the most dedicated insomniac.
