Hillside Golf Club

A great addition to its well-known neighbors in the area.

For four years, Hillside had been my “white whale” as Covid had delayed our tee time twice each time by a year, and then a DP World Tour event also cancelled our tee time.

Hillside is so good, both in course design and beauty.

It's famous members, Hansen and Dalglish, footballers and later pundits would have called it a game of two halves.

“Within the second nine are some of my favourite holes.

Hillside did not disappoint one bit.

Hillside is within what is easily the best stretch of links golf in England.

This was my 2nd visit to Hillside, the last was 5 years ago.

Hillside - A Memorable Masterpiece

I have had the pleasure of revisiting several courses this past year that I had not played in decades, and Hillside stands out among them.

I’m lost for words.
