Fairways are set out among the steam geysers, with the occasional blind shot required on a rugged property that also brings water into play on a number of holes. Bunkering is minimal but that’s to be expected on terrain where the landscape provides more than enough natural hazards.
The club has the option to build an 18-hole golf course but such an expansion will have to wait until it’s the right time for such a venture. For now, the main goal of the club is to improve and develop the existing facility into one of the best 9-hole setups in the country.
