Jolly Harbour
Jolly Harbour is situated on the beautiful west coast of Antigua. The resort was designed to take maximum advantage of the Caribbean Sea, which wraps its way around the resort in an ever-present fashion.
Dr Alfred Erhart, a Swiss entrepreneur, devoted much of his life to create the Jolly Harbour Resort and it’s now the largest marina, golf and beach resort in the Caribbean and it covers a massive site, which extends to 350 acres.
The course is very much in the holiday style and Florida’s Karl Litten designed it. The Par 71 layout is routed alongside the Super Yacht Terminal and it’s set in a delightful tropical park where seven lakes come in to play to catch the wayward shot. The topography is relatively flat and there are few changes in elevation but watch out for the freshening easterly breezes, which will cool you down nicely but at the same time provide you with a challenge.
