Holes are laid out within two distinct parcels of land: holes #1 to #10 and #18 lie on the clubhouse side of the busy Portland Street highway, with the remaining holes occupying slightly hillier terrain on the other side of the road, connected by an underpass.
Somewhat un-linkslike, water comes into play at three holes, in the form of irrigation lakes at the 1st, 10th and 11th holes. They’re all good holes, actually, especially the 374-yard #10 which has the green tucked behind a rather intimidating water hazard.
