Jack Nicklaus' Lost Tree Club is perhaps best known as the golf course that is next door to Seminole. A traditional, Florida golf and residential estate, the wide corridors and limited housing plots help it rise above many others.

Lost Tree Club

Lost Tree Club is a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in Florida. Its nearest neighbour is the legendary Seminole lying just to the north.

The 450-acre area was mangroves until 1959 when it was cleared and dredged for development. Redesigned by Jack Nicklaus in 2002, the club has 350 members with 570 homes worth between $2M and $50M. A six-digit entry fee and $30k a year will get you into the golf club. A unique combination, it is high-end luxury with oceanfront living making it a highly sought-after address where owners are also members.

The golf course plays under 7000-yards (6749 yards to be exact) and was considered one of the most difficult in America for many years. Laid out over 150 acres, the oceanfront property is one to two plots away from the beach front.
