Moor Hall Golf Club

Played here for the second time and just like my first time absolutely loved it.

I played Moor Hall for the very first time today, and what an incredible experience it was.

Moor Hall is a beautiful parkland golf course.

Played this course with friends last Thursday, they like I were very pleased with the work carried out over last 6 months to enhance Greens and Bunkers as well as the new Tee areas on holes 12 & 13.

Great layout to test you, requires draw, straight and fade shots for the first 10 holes.

Generally in good condition all year round, greens usually reasonably quick and true

Moor Hall GC is approaching it's 100th birthday in 2032.

Played here with a member today and honestly after reading reviews and speaking to a few that know the course I thought it was quite good.

Tidy Parkland course attached to hotel

Course in good condition, not overly long but only par 70, bit detatched as 9-11 in front of hotel and the other 15 split into two blocks, fairly forgiving with loads of space under the trees if you were wide, my only issue was there were no holes apart from perhaps 14 that made you plot your way , nothing to get me exited I'm afraid

Expected a lot and found a very bland experience.
