The layout extends to 6,924 yards from the back tees, playing to a par of 72, with holes arranged in two returning nines. Unusually, both loops are configured as three par threes, three par fours and three par fives. The only time golfers play consecutive holes of the same par is around the turn, at the par four 9th and 10th.
Highlight holes include the 1st to 4th (routed around an absolutely enormous 7-acre waste area); the tough 431-yard 9th (rated stroke index 1); the par three 15th (played to an island green); and the 650-yard closing hole which runs along the northern perimeter before turning left towards the home green.
