While the layout with 27 holes is very good, the condition lacks from what is expected to be in a top 20 public courses in Indiana....I've played so many courses that aren't in the top 100 that are in better condition, the fairways on the east nine were by far the best, the greens were punched and sanded so putting was "interesting" bouncing all over the place, just close your course for two weeks when you punch your greens or at least let people know days before when they make a tee time....like to play it when the greens are not aerated
