Lets be honest this is New Zealand's only true links course, and its a cracker, with super fast greens and rustic rough, here is the thing though , coming from the UK we are spoilt and i appreciate that this is a great course, but it would be similar say to something like west lancs or seacroft, which are great tracks but there are better ones , if you moved them to New zealand you would get the same comments as below.

Its a real fun course and great rustic course but saying its one of the best in the world is a bit over the top in my opinion
