Park Mammoth Golf Club operates in Park City, Kentucky. The course sits near Mammoth Cave in South Central Kentucky's rolling terrain. The property, formerly known as Cave Valley Golf Course, underwent a complete renovation in 2020. The original 5,900-yard executive course was overhauled in a rare feat that may pave the way for more projects like it in the industry.

Golf architects Brian Ross and Colton Craig led the redesign, which included re-designed green complexes, modified hole corridors and improved routing. This was mostly possible due to tree removal, which allowed for a new layout
Investment was also made in the clubhouse, driving range and the power cart fleet.
