The Park West Palm
The Park is a golf park with an 18-hole golf course, a top tracer driving range, the Lit 9 (a nine-hole par 3 course lit for evening rounds), and a putting course.
The Lit 9 can be played with a wedge and putter and is free for 12 and under, $10 for 13-17-year-olds, and $30 for everyone else as of 2024. The Park itself is only $20 for junior green fees with full rack rates being about $140. This is a club that walks the walk when it comes to being serious about growing the game. Caddies are encouraged and carts are not allowed before noon.
The course could be an ultra-exclusive private club with serious restrictions on who and what with a queue out the door. However, the tack chosen was the exact opposite, but the most important thing remained - the queue out the front door. The Park is a place where everyone is welcome and everyone can play.
The original golf course, known as West Palm Beach, was opened in 1947, designed by Dick Wilson. The course was completely rebuilt with a new routing and layout from Hanse & Co.
The Park was the host to The Match IX, which featured Max Homa, Lexi Thompson, Rose Zhang, and Rory McIlroy. Rory wiped the floor with his opponents in February of 2024.
