Playa Dorada

Playa Dorada Golf Club is set on relatively flat ground on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, the course opened for play in 1976.

The layout weaves its way around the 250-acre Playa Dorada resort and naturally, in addition to the golf, there’s plenty here to keep the non-golfer entertained. Four greens are situated tantalisingly close to the Caribbean Sea and lakes protect five others. With wide generous fairways and little rough, Playa Dorada is set up for enjoyable holiday golf and it’s certainly a pleasant resort course.
