Maybe controversially I enjoyed some of the parkland holes and appreciate the architectural features, and would not disregard them at will.
However I do prefer the playability of the links holes, and certainly for those golfers who also appreciate the views there is no comparison over the two halves
the welcome and friendliness in the club is ever present and has been consistent for the 2 decades I have been visiting the course
