RainDance National Golf Club

Tipping the scales at 8,463 yards, Raindance National Golf Course is touted as the longest in North America. Even at elevation, the course plays to roughly 7,617 yards at sea level when it is all said and done. That 10% help isn't so comforting when you step up to play the 752-yard 13th... or the 602-yard par 4 10th... or the 270-yard par 3 8th.

For most golf courses pitched as 'the longest' anywhere, we wouldn't be to bothered to look any closer. However, with six tee options ranging from 4919 yards to 7759 yards, you can pick how much you want to get beat up.

Whatever it is that makes golfers tick, the choice to put one through an experience is perhaps only understood by those who claim to enjoy 'a proper test'. On all accounts, the draw endure a round off the back tees will get many through the gates once. Despite that, the course has struck a chord and many have enjoyed the golf, which is seen by the accolades from various national publications evaluating things at the state level.
