Riviera (Langer)

Located just off the Aguinaldo Highway near Tagaytay Ridge, the two courses at The Riviera Golf Club are spread out over a 1,000-acre estate that was once a coconut palm plantation, with both layouts enjoying wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

This is fine golfing country to the south of Manila as the top rated Canlubang track lies a few miles to the east and the excellent Sherwood Hills course sits a couple of miles to the west of Rivera’s golf complex.

Designed by former Masters champions (Freddie wore the green jacket in 1992, Bernhard in 1985 and 1993) and fitted with state of the art drainage and irrigation systems, the two 18-hole Riviera courses offer quite contrasting games of golf – the Couples layout resembles a palm-lined Hawaiian resort course whereas the Langer fairways play longer and tighter.
