Not for nothing is the Royal Antwerp Golf Club ranked the best golf course in Belgium year after year. Tucked away just outside Antwerp and not the easiest to find without a GPS, but once you arrive, you feel like you’ve entered a different world. Founded in 1888, it’s the oldest course in the country — a stunning wood-heathland layout in immaculate condition. Not cheap, but worth every cent. In April still quite forgiving with balls easy to find… once the heath grows in, I imagine it’s a very different story.
