Review:

A very physical round of golf . The course is very undulating and a trying walk in 30C . The round took 5 hours behind multiple 4 balls. The course is just over 6500 yards from the white trees. Its a good layout given the hilly terrain. Fairways lined by pine trees and course fairly tight throughout. There is a plentiful supply of elevated Tees and elevated greens on top of significant slopes. They have a plentiful supply of water but the course is suffering with the heat in exposed areas.

Several holes have blind T shots.

The most frustrating hole was the par 5 13th. After a drive over a ridge the fairway is steeply downhill and s shaped leaving only 150 yards or so over trees to an elevated visible green … from a downhill lie … or play two wedges around the fairway to the green ( percentage play) … perhaps playing short of the ridge to leave a wood to the green from an elevated position and flatter lie might be a better option, either way it was not my favorite hole.

A nice course but members must be fit to play here
