Review:

This is a very nice course tucked away in the hills with some fantastic views from the elevated tees.

The keyword here is elevated as this is a very hilly course and walking the course was a bit of a task. Any warmer than 24C and a cart would be a must. The front nine is a fairly decent test but the back nine is a monster from the back tees. Long target golf with some serious elevation changes especially on #17 and #18 - add at least 2 to 3 clubs. Even the elevated par 3 #13 is +/- 200 yds and is all of that even with the elevation.

Overall the course condition was good but not spectacular - a little rough in places even though it is early in the season. The greens were fair and not extremely fast. I look forward to playing this one again - now with a little course knowledge and a buggy - the next time back in the south of France. It is a gem.
