Built on former farmland, the course occupies no more than around 90 acres on a largely flat site and holes are arranged as two returning nines, each of which conclude with a par five. The layout extends to just over 5,800 metres from the back tees and par is set at 72 (36 out then 36 in).
Highlight holes include the second of three short holes on the front nine at the par three 6th (with a small pond to the left of the green); the opening hole on the back nine at the 392-metre 10th (rated stroke index 2); and the par five 18th which features a sneaky little pond right in front of the home green.
