Set out on a 150-acre property that lies between two enormous quarries on the outskirts of Slite, the course plays to a par of 72, with holes arranged as two returning nines. Highlights include the very short par three 7th, the long par five 16th (where a pond threatens the drive and fairway cross bunkers lurk close to the green); and the par four closing hole.
Christian Lundin of reGOLF told us in April 2022: “this wonderful island venue is going through a long-term renovation plan where work has just finished on six holes. A new 10th has been created with the green relocated for a much higher risk/reward value. Our work includes a complete re-bunkering of the course with small pot bunkers replaced by more natural-looking sand hazards.”
