Nice resort course, more open and longer than others i can see why some big events are held here, water was more in play on the front 9 , most holes full two shotters 2 par 3,s over 200 yards.

I was played at middle of June 2021 (was very hot) and was really satisfied. My opinion it is one of the best course in island. I prefer to choose Alcanada as the first but Son Muntaner can fight with T-golf concering second place. Actually they are very diferent but Son Muntaner have some adventage...

I first played here back in November 2016 (player review below dated 28/12/16) and this was just after some major work on the course to burn the old grass off and replace with Bermuda. I wrote then that the course was not ready for play, even though it was open, so it was important to see the course...

Feel it is appropriate to come back with another review on Son Muntaner after the course was completely regrassed in 2016 and holes 5 and 6 rerouted back to their original design.

I agree with the most recent review (April ’16) for the course, this doesn’t feel like the #3 course on the island.

In saying that there has been big changes recently and the course has been closed for around five months. The old grass has been burnt off and has been over seeded with new Bermuda and the course re-opened in late October 2016. Playing in mid-November, it was clear that the course has been re-opened...
