Of All The courses using the St Andrews Badge this is definitely the most fun, strangely though its also the most un natural as loads of work had to be moved to get this to how it looks today. And it appears to have been here for 50 years.
It is the most spectacular and has the best views of any course in fife, i know that it divides opinion but if you want to have a fun round with your friends this is the place to play. its not overly difficult but if you miss the generous fairways then finding your golf ball is unlikely, the turf is links like and the bunkers are large and rustic, greens are superb and very undulating, so many great holes but everyone will remember the long par 3 17th over the clifftop.
a must play if you are staying here

The latest ranking of the Top 100 Golf Courses in the World serves as the ultimate global golf bucket list. Most members of our World Top 100 Panel are seasoned golfers, each playing 20-30 of these courses annually while travelling extensively over decades to form their opinions on others. We recognise that opinions vary—even among our panel members. Rankings are subjective, and there are undoubtedly 50 or more courses in the UK and USA alone that could easily fit onto this list.
