As a high handicapper, I found this course hard work, unforgiving, but very enjoyable and a beautiful place to play . A buggy is a must. Also check out the house offer (as at Nov07) - Dinner, B&B and 2 rounds of golf (Nicklaus & Old course) for about £120 GBP, good value, although the 24 bed 'hotel' is a bit like a travel lodge.
