I played here at the end of September on fairly damp windy day. The course opens with a tough par 5 with a difficult tee shot to get you underway. With a strong par 4 to follow. The back 9 is a little easier to score however the 18th is again a really strong finishing hole,. A long par 4 that rewards straight hitting, as anything off line usually rules out any chance of reaching the green in regulation.
Swaffham has really grown on me these past few years, it's condition is nearly always excellent and it is very playable in the winter. It is gaining a fine reputation locally and I would certainly recommend visitors to the area give it a try.
