Swaneset Bay (Links)

Located in the Pitt River Valley, the two 18-hole layouts at Swaneset Bay Resort & Country Club were designed by the legendary golfer Lee Trevino. Measuring 7,126 yards from the tips, the Links course is the longer and tougher of the two tracks.

One of three golf facilities managed by the West Coast Golf Group in the local area, Swaneset Bay offers golfers two 18-hole layouts set in the Pitt River Valley, just a short journey east of downtown Vancouver, with the Minnekhada Regional Park located on the opposite side of the river.

At first glance, the Links course might look a lot easier than the Resort course, as there are less trees and more open fairways but most holes feature at least one water hazard and a few of the ponds are hidden and not always visible from a distance.

The Links extends to 7,126 yards from the tips, playing to a par of 72. A couple of highlight holes to note include the right doglegging par five 6th (rated stroke index 1) with water threatening both the tee shot and the approach, along with the par four 18th, where a creek crosses in front of the home green.
