The Hills Golf Club

The Hills was simply the best golf experience i've had.

To simply throw The Hills into a bucket of golf courses would be wrong.

This was my first trip to the South Island and I found myself with the dilemma of having just one day available for golf and deciding where to play.

thanks to a member I was invited to participate at a members 4some.

I played here in February, 2019.

Green fees at The Hills are now $1000 per round, so not everybody will want to play here.

Winding our way gingerly through the curves of the snow-covered Crown Range road, it was hard to see how we were going to be playing golf that day – looking down to the valley floor, nowhere seemed free of a light dusting of powder.
