Veraneras

Situated on the Pacific coast, a 90-minute drive from San Salvador, the 18-hole layout at the Las Veraneras Golf Resort lies within a large 450-acre estate and is open for play to members and public alike.

Measuring 6,752 yards from the back tees, the course is strategically bunkered throughout, featuring natural water hazards in the shape of streams and lagoons that come into play on almost every hole.

Three of the four par threes on the scorecard are played at holes 1, 3 and 6 so expect a gentle start here. The challenge intensifies as the round progresses however with holes 12 to 17 playing in excess of 400 yards before the short, right doglegged home hole is reached.
